This proposed 48,000 square foot mega mansion would be built on 11.9 acres off of Laurel Canyon in Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles, CA. The mansion will include 30,000 square feet on the first two floors and an 18,000 square foot subterranean garage; that brings the total square footage to 48,000. The home would feature amenities such as a 4-lane bowling alley, 60-seat home theater, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a helipad on the roof.
