The Mendenhall Estate – A Tuscan Inspired Estate In Topanga, CA

 

The Mendenhall Estate is a gorgeous Tuscan inspired estate located in a gated community in Topanga, CA and is situated on around 23 private acres. It was designed by the renowned Biglin Architectural Group and built in 2004. It has a circular motor court with fountain and a porte-cochere leading to the garages. The inside features around 12,000 square feet of living space with 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchen, family/game room, separate children’s wing with playroom, a self-contained guest apartment, covered patio with fireplace, and more. Also the landscaped grounds feature a saline swimming pool with spa, formal gardens, bocce court, lighted tennis court, solar panels, well and fruit trees.
